Recognition of the rights of nature

"We need to consider the rights of Nature in our legal systems as quickly as possible.

This means that we need a change of paradigm because we would then evolve towards a biocentric society , that is to say a system recognizing an inherent value in all living beings and where humans belong above all to the community of living beings and this, in an equivalent way to the other members , as  interdependent beings.

This principle of granting rights to Nature is based on the theory that entities have value by their existence , rather than for the value they produce for human society. "

This is why we must defend the rights of Nature , in the name of the inherent value of ecosystems, of our interdependence with the community of living beings and therefore, of our survival on this planet.
